Sandra Seoane-Serí is an award-winning freelance actress based in New York, Providence, and Boston. Sandra received her BA in Theater and Film at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a proud alum of Shakespeare & Company's Summer Shakespeare Intensive. During their time in Western Massachusetts, she learned the importance of collaboration, discipline, and humility. They enjoy being on stage, behind and in front of the camera. Sandra hopes to be a part of stories that challenge stereotypes and spark conversations over neglected subjects. They were also a teaching artist in Company One Theatre. Her recent works include Cristina Kotz Cornejo's “woman who lives at the end of time/mujer que vive en el fin de los tiempos,” Actors' Shakespeare Project Romeo and Juliet, Nicky Thibault's film "The Invite," The Huntington Theatre Company's Summer Play Workshop Power Trio by Melina Lopez, Plays in Place A New Era by Miranda ADEkoje, W.A.M. Theatre’s 2023 Fresh Takes Play Reading Series, In Her Bones by Jessica Kahkoska, The Huntington Theatre and The Front Porch Arts Collective co-production of Lenelle Moïse's Elliot Norton award-winning K-I-S-S-I-N-G, Kate Snodgrass' The Art of Burning at The Huntington Theatre, Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley at Shakespeare & Company, The Front Porch Arts Collective’s Reading Series of Invisible, FreshInk Theatre's Truth or Consequences by Andrew Siañez De La O, SpeakEasy Stage's BLKS, Artists Theater of Boston's She Eats Apples, the WAM Theatre/Central Square Theater's Pipeline, Michelle Falcón Fontánez's "Maria" that premiered at the 2023 Boston International Film Festival, and a Daniela Martinez film "Shift" which was selected for the 2021 Roxbury International Film Festival. Sandra will be playing the role of Daughter in the WAM Theatre and Central Square Theatre’s co-production of Galileo’s Daughter in the fall.
